That’s kinda what The Pinnacle is. Except these are DE-Luxe apartments you can own. The Pinnacle sits right around Stringer’s Ridge between North Chattanooga & Red Bank. It’s a high rise building that used to be rented apartments. A few years ago the owner decided to renovate and sell. And they went all out, turning The Pinnacle into, well, the pinnacle of hip urban style.
Granite counter tops in both kitchens and baths, stainless steel appliances, real wood floors, tiled balconies, and did I mention the view? Most units have either a mountain or downtown Chattanooga city view. A new parking garage being built on the site will block the view from the 3 lowest floors on the mountain side which means that the remaining unit for sale on the 2nd floor is being offered at a fire sale price.
From the 4th floor up, the views will remain unchanged and you should expect prices of about $150,000+ for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, completely renovated, mountain side depending on which floor you want. Higher floors command higher prices and city views are generally more expensive.
There are lots of reasons to like the Pinnacle. The club room (with a bar!) that you can reserve for parties, the pool overlooking the city and the theatre complete with popcorn machine. If you find your own unit confining, you’ll have lots of options without leaving the complex. When you do leave the complex you’ll find yourself in the heart of everything that downtown & North Chattanooga have to offer.
Pets up to 50 lbs are allowed. There is a laundry room on each floor in addition to the European style laundry hook-ups in each unit. Dedicated parking is available for each resident. Home-owner’s association fees are $183/$200/$251/mo for 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms respectively. HOA fees include access to and maintenance for all amenities plus gated access, pest control & building insurance. The complex is FHA approved for easier financing options (not common among condos these days).
