Check out the last Chattanooga real estate market report I did for July. My overall impression: meh. Slight decrease in the absorption rate (number of months to sell current homes for sale) from the top to the bottom. Nothing startling either way. I’d hoped to see a pretty big recovery from last month’s abysmal disappointing numbers. I didn’t. Better luck next month…
